Collana Verde oil is an award-winning single-estate, volcanic soil extra virgin olive oil. It is made by harvesting together four distinctive olive varieties, each contributing to the oil’s unique character.

Cicinella Sessana is a light, fruity olive grown exclusively in the surrounding area, bringing freshness and delicacy of almond notes to the blend.

Itrana, originating from the nearby town of Itri, is now cultivated across many Italian olive-growing regions for its vibrant notes of green tomato and herbaceous aroma.

Leccina adds a distinctive artichoke flavour, enhancing the oil’s depth and complexity.

Frantoiana offers a buttery palate with hints of celery leaf, chicory, and radicchio. It also plays a vital role in the ecosystem of the olive grove as a key pollinator.

Together, these varieties create a well-balanced oil with a smooth, creamy texture. Notes of artichoke, freshly cut grass, and green tomato are complemented by the subtle sweetness of almond—defining the character of Collana Verde extra virgin olive oil.

Harvesting early in the season ensures that the oil is rich in polyphenols (antioxidants), full of nutritional values and is very low in acidity. The 2025 harvest acidity in Collana Verde olive oil is exceptionally low, 0.2% and with a healthy polyphenols count of 350.
