Courgette Flowers' Seeds- £2.75

Courgette flowers are used for stuffing and frying as an appetiser, cooked in omelettes or sliced on salads and casseroles. Wash gently, hold the crown and twist, the crown and stamen will come away in your fingers, leaving the meaty flower to use.

Sow vertically 2cm deep. Unlike normal courgette, the plant will run over two meters long. Flowers are at the best picked first thing in the morning when they just begin to open.
