Banda Rossa 5 Gold Medals Balsamic Vinegar is the Giusti family’s special reserve, produced in limited numbers only after an extensive ageing period of 20 years in the most precious barrels dating back to the 1600s and 1700s. It has great body and concentration, it is distinguished by its extraordinary complexity and rich bouquet of aromas. Notes of plum, black cherries and sweet spices, infused with the fragrances of ancient woods in which it was left to age, persisting long after a taste. Ideal served with fresh pasta, risotto, lightly grilled meats, matured cheese, fresh strawberries and ice cream. A great companion for extra virgin olive oil. Ingredients: cooked grape must, aged wine vinegar.

Collana Verde extra virgin olive oil Harvest 2022, made from a blend of Itrana, Leccina, Frantoiana and Cicinella Sessana olives picked by hand and cold-pressed on the same day. This ensures that our olive oil retains all the flavours from the olives with notes of artichokes, freshly cut hay and the sweetness of almonds. Our method of harvesting and the olive pressing modern techniques ensure the oil is full of nutritional values and is very low in acidity.

Porto di Mola smoked extra virgin olive oil is a blend of delicate and light Sessanella and fruity Frantoiana and Leccina olives. The lengthy cold-smoked process protects the superior quality of this beautiful oil whilst giving it a decisive and balanced smoked flavour, which is obtained using young oak and apple wood sourced from Porto di Mola estate. With a distinguished taste this smoked extra virgin olive oil is suitable for a variety of dishes ranging from meat (for dressing or marinating), white fish, shellfish, mozzarella, all kind of vegetables (aubergine is a must try), and of course, our favourite, boiled eggs.
