Collana Verde EVOO Harvest 2025 and Giuseppe Giusti White Balsamic Condiment
Giuseppe Giusti’s sweet and sour white balsamic condiment is aged for 5 years, to develop the perfect balance of sharp, syrupy flavour with sweet notes of citrus and ripe yellow fruit. White balsamic has a fresher and more fruity taste than dark vinegars.
It is a wonderful cooking ingredient for seasoning wide range of dishes. Try it with quality olive oil to make a versatile vinaigrette dressing for salads.
Ingredients: concentrated grape must, white wine vinegar.
Collana Verde extra virgin olive oil is made from a blend of Itrana, Leccina, Frantoiana and Cicinella Sessana olives picked by hand and cold-pressed on the same day. This ensures that our olive oil retains all the flavours from the olives with notes of artichokes, freshly cut grass and the sweetness of almonds. Our method of harvesting and the olive pressing modern techniques ensure the oil is full of nutritional values and is very low in acidity. Acidity levels for the 2025 October harvest measure only 0.2%, well below the 0.8% threshold for extra virgin.
