Banda Rossa 5 Gold Medals Balsamic Vinegar is the Giusti family’s most precious reserve, produced in limited numbers only after an extensive ageing period of 20 years in the most precious barrels dating back to the 1600s and 1700s.
It has great body and concentration, distinguished by its extraordinary complexity and rich bouquet of aromas. Notes of plum, black cherries and sweet spices, infused with the fragrances of ancient wood barrels in which it was left to age, persisting long after a taste.
Ideal served with fresh pasta, risotto, lightly grilled meats, matured cheese, fresh strawberries and ice cream. A great companion for extra virgin olive oil.
